Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you need is to return your item and place a new order once the return is approved.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your item is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
